De zusters in het ziekenhuis hebben haar laten lopen en pushen haar iedere keer om te lopen terwijl er expliciet is gezegd dat ze niet mag lopen.

Professional, very patient. Even if she needed to come extra because of me to the hospital ( Sorry!) She even helped me with the language with help of google translator to be sure that i understand it in my mother language.
Valentina and all other nurses were also very sweet. ( The other names i forgot, sorry) Also the chirurg was great.

EHPAD du Centre hospitalier de Sarlat par Nadja★☆☆☆☆ le 17/09/2023 a publié cet avis « Service des urgences LAMENTABLE. Les pompiers ont super bien géré le cas de vomissements intempestifs et de malaises, 2 crises l'une après l'autre. Le plus sage était d'aller aux urgences.
Finalement en tant qu'accompagnants, on avait laissé notre numéro de téléphone. Plus de 2h après, pas de nouvelles. On s'est rendus aux urgences pour rejoindre notre proche. Accueil très limite type sas sans réel accueil. Et sans informations sur notre malade ! 45min après avoir attendu, il sort SEUL des urgences. Sans avoir eu aucune information. Quand on demande à en avoir, personne n'est capable de nous répondre.
On finit par comprendre qu'ils l'ont juste laissé dormir, nouvel électrocardiogramme fait alors que les pompiers en avaient fait un et l'on s'attendait à un examen plus poussé.
Perfusion posée sans liquide car "pas besoin finalement", 7 fioles de sang prélevées pour qu'on lui dise qu'elles ne serviront à rien finalement, qu'elles n'iront pas en laboratoire.
Impossible d'avoir un avis médical et des examens adaptés.
C'est une honte, inhumain, et bien que leurs conditions de travail soient compliquées, cela ne mérite pas un tel agissement face à une personne en souffrance. »
